Placing an order
At the EAS, you can place an order in four different ways:
Items in stock
Most items in the webshop are in stock. Occasionally, this may not be up to date. We can reorder the items and will contact you about the delivery time.
Product request
If you are looking for a publication that is not available on our site, please let us know. We can then see if we can order the item for you. Or we will provide you with a link where you still can order the item.
Payment
At the EAS, payment is made afterwards. When the order is dispatched, the delivery note will be sent both by e-mail and included in the parcel. This contains the payment details and you can transfer the amount of money yourself. There is no need to pay in advance.
Express
Products are dispatched on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Should you need them before the weekend we will try to send it, right away, if possible. Should you need items before a specific date, please indicate this when you place your order. We will do our utmost to deliver it. However, no parcels are delivered by GLS on Saturdays. Therefore, orders from Thursday evening onwards cannot be delivered over the weekend.
If an item is not in stock, we will think about an alternative way, so the parcel can be sent on time. We will contact you about this.
Shipping
Orders are prepared on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Parcels are sent with GLS, for which you will receive the track & trace. Mailbox mail will be sent with Post.nl.
Shipping costs
- For Dutch orders, we charge a contribution of € 4.25.
- For free items, the actual postage costs will be calculated.
- Free, when picked up in Harderwijk.
- Shipping costs for abroad (with track & track) depends on weight.

Large orders
EAS is also available for large quantities. If you send us an e-mail with what you would like, we will make you a tailor-made offer. If article(s) are not in stock, we can order them for you.
Because the reading material is foreign-language, it has to come from abroad and the delivery time will be at least 3 weeks. We will state the actual delivery time with the quotation.
To reduce shipping costs, it can also be picked up in Harderwijk.
WHAT IS POSSIBLE
Free reading
The EAS also offers free items to order. We hereby ask you, distribute these with care and do not order more than necessary. This way we can distribute it among as many people as possible.
Shipping cannot be free and will be sent at actual shipping costs. For the EAS has to pay these costs themselves. Should you wish the free materials we can make a calculation in advance.

Should costs be an issue, please contact us. We will consider the options for each situation. In doing so, we rely on your honesty.

- the purchase price at which we received it

If you need help ordering reading material or you are not sure which language to use or which Bible translation you need, feel free to mail us. We have experience and would like to help you.
If ordering does not work out, it can also be passed on by e-mail, phone or possibly by WhatsApp. Then we will send you an e-mail with the product and you can decide whether you want to order it. Our preference is for mail mail because a typing error is easily made.
