What is RedeemTV?
RedeemTV is a free Christian streaming service featuring films, documentaries, and children's films. It offers the opportunity to watch over 300 free Christian films in more than 30 languages worldwide, via computer or app. The range is constantly expanding. From the extension of Gert van der Ven's paid work with Transvision, he became involved in this and from the EAS, this initiative is being supported and awareness raised.

Do you need the items for a special date? If so, please mention this when you place your order. We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive it on time.
We want to use the material to evangelize. Can we get it for free?
What a nice gesture. Various free materials are available on the site. This can be ordered at actual shipping costs.
We had to purchase the non-free material in our webshop ourselves, and we do have overheads that also need to be covered. Therefore, we cannot give it away for free. However, because we work with volunteers we can keep the prices as low as possible.
I am looking for a product that is not on the site. Can you supply it?
Due to the large quantity of material, the website may not always be fully up-to-date. In that case we will contact you and make arrangements for an alternative delivering time, or, in case of large quantities, for shipping in multiple parts.
What is it for a keychain?
With every order, you will receive a keychain with QR code that gives free access to the Bible app in 80 languages. This gives you access to listening and reading the entire Bible, videos to each Bible book, films for children, testimonies, reading schedules and more. With a link to access 1,400 languages.

Shipping
When can I receive my order?
As we work with a small team of volunteers, you may have to wait a little longer for your order. Of course we do our best to ship everything as soon as possible. We ship packages on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
In case of urgency, please mention this when ordering. We will do everything in our power for you to receive it on time.
Which carrier will ship the items?
Orders are prepared on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Packages are sent with GLS, for which you will receive track & trace. Letterbox mail is sent with Post.nl.
What are the shipping costs within the Netherlands?
- For Dutch orders, we charge a contribution of € 4.25.
- For free items, the actual postage costs will be calculated.
- Free, on collection in Harderwijk.
What are the shipping costs for abroad?
The shipping costs (with track & trace) for abroad depend on the weight:

Can I return products?
Yes, you can. The cost of shipping for returns will be at your own expense. If you have already transferred the amount, it will be returned minus the contribution for shipping costs.
